LAKE CITY CABIN

 Located in quiet area on 264 acre all-sports Sapphire Lake in Lake City Michigan.  The 700 sq. foot  cabin features full kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room with great view of lake.  Living area has gas fireplace and flat screen TV with DVD player.  Private bedroom with queen size bed along with low height loft with an additional queen mattress.  Futons in living area fold out for additional sleeping area.  Large bathroom with shower and separate garden tub. Close to shopping and food.  Great place to enjoy summer or winter activities and all the north has to offer.  Available year round.  The cabin is located directly on the water with 50' of frontage.  The first few feet of water is clear and shallow great for children to play, it is less clear and gets deeper past that point and not recommended for small children. 

ABOUT SAPPHIRE LAKE

• There is one public access site off Jennings Road in the southeast corner of the lake with 10 to 12 parking spaces.
• Quiet 264 acre all sports lake.
• Fish species included Northern Pike, Largemouth Bass, Bluegill, Pumpkinseed, Rock Bass, Perch, Crappie, Bullhead and some newly established Walleye. 
•  Although only 8' deep, its many points and bays provide for interesting fishing. 
•  Through the mutual efforts of MCFISH. The Sapphire Lake Association, and the DNR, a limited Walleye fishery has been started. The continued cooperation of fisherman in the effort is appreciated.

RATES

• Summer: Memorial Day to Labor Day – Rent by the week only.
• Spring, Fall, Winter: Daily and weekends  (Two night stay minimum)
•  Rate is $125.00 per night / weekly rate is $800.00
• $200.00 dollar security deposit due at time of booking.

Kitchen, bedroom & bathroom linens are not provided.
